No More Mess Grill!

Years ago we purchased a non-stick pan costing us more than P1000. We were really excited to try it because it was are first ever non stick pan. Sadly, it did not meet our expectations.  Whenever we were cooking fried dishes, it was sticking and the food was even messing up. And so, we didn't buy any non-stick products after that.

Last Friday, when we were at the Home Warehouse sale, we were looking for some kitchen items that we can use at home. My hubby wanted a griller that we can use inside the house. There were different grills available but this Chef's Classics grill caught our attention. It's reversible and non-stick. We were a bit skeptical with its non-stick features, however, my husband bought it after hearing some sales talk from the salesman. We just wanted a grill and so we purchased it.

Who doesn't love to shop when everything's on sale? Well, I think everyone are delighted to shop when the discounts are high. Most moms, like me, look eager for that day, especially when we can buy those items that we need at home.

Well, yesterday, SM Megamall had one of the biggest sales at the start of the year for home ware items. The sale runs for 3 days until tomorrow March 15, 2015.

Eye discharge in babies

Days after Baby Z was born, I noticed a yellowish discharge on his left eye. It was irritating him so much because it would often turn into crust, which would make his eye hard to open.

Baby's First Clothes

Before Baby Z came, we were already aware of the importance of choosing the right products for newborns and infants. We bought all- white garments for our firstborn M so, we did the same for Baby Z.

Why did we choose all white- garments?

Well, first it's a color for all. Baby boys and girls can wear it. If something happens wrong with the gender detection when you had your ultrasound, then he or she can wear white. Second, most white garments are of made of lightweight texture, which is cool and comfortable on a baby's skin. And lastly, you can easily spot dirt or insects on a white garment.

When we were choosing products for our firstborn, we saw this brand of clothing which offered an all-white clothing for infants. Everything was white, from cover-ups to clean-ups. My firstborn used Beginnings Baby product from his birth until he was a year old. I was even happy to giveaway his infant clothes to my cousins because I know their babies would feel comfortable wearing it . It is also resilient to frequent washes and to any type of weather. His clothes were still white and soft when I gave it away.

Getting Fit after Pregnancy

I gave birth to a healthy baby boy #2 more than 6 weeks ago.  My body has changed ever since. More fats has been stored on different parts of my body throughout my pregnancy.Whenever I look at the mirror, I feel awful.  Well, they say breastfeeding helps in losing weight. I think it does, however it doesn't make you look fit.
