I gave birth to a healthy baby boy #2 more than 6 weeks ago. My body has changed ever since. More fats has been stored on different parts of my body throughout my pregnancy.Whenever I look at the mirror, I feel awful. Well, they say breastfeeding helps in losing weight. I think it does, however it doesn't make you look fit.

36-30-37. These are my current vital stats. I remember once when I was on my late teens, I was slim. I was perfectly fit, I may say. Now ugh.
So, I started to challenge myself. I'm going to lose weight, get fit and reduce my stored fats, especially on my tummy area.
Then, I thought about how can I do it? I can't jog, run or go to the gym because mommies like me need to be by my baby's side every hour. I also have a 3 year-old , whom I needed to look after.
And that is the reason why I started this blog with this post.
Here are the things I would do for the next coming months starting today:
1. Get enough sleep as much as possible.
2. Drink milk everyday and avoid junk foods.
3.Continue on breastfeeding my baby until he get's tired of my boobies.
4. Be happy everyday.
5. Do Zumba.
