Rush wedding

"Marriage is not a noun; it's a verb. It isn't something you get. It's something you do. It's the way you love your partner every day." - Barbara De Angelis

After being partners in crime for more than 5 years, we officially and finally tied the knot last September 23rd. We have been arranging our marriage documents for more than 5 months,  but the preparations on the wedding was done for less than 2 weeks. lol Both of us were busy. He was working. On the other hand,  I was taking care of our two kids  and our online business.

We had our wedding in the Taguig Hall of Justice. Our wedding was scheduled at 1: 30 pm. It was the first time we weren't late at an event. haha  The ceremony lasted less than 30 minutes. It was faster than our travel time going to the said place.

Anyway, we picked 23rd because it was the only date, wherein the judge was available. The judge's secretary told us that we would be the only couple to be wed that day. Much to our dismay, there was another couple, who was to be wed on the same time and date. We just didn't have the time ask questions because we also didn't want to ruin our day. (The photographer did a great job in excluding the other couple on our pictures. lol)

There was not enough ventilation. The a/c wasn't working. There were no electric fans. We were literally sweating on our wedding ceremony. lols (Thanks again to the photographer, who did a great job in making us look fresh in our pics. :D) My hubby was actually smirking because of the heat. The judge thought that those smirks were for her. She made quite a bitchy scene for 2 minutes. Anyway, no further discussions. We just wished that we were advised of such warm room. We could have brought our own electric fans.

Finally, we said our lines, exchanged wedding bands, and signed the papers. We haven't even prepared our lines. Words just came out from our mouths. lols
Finally we got married.

After the wedding, we headed to Cabalen, where we made our reservations a day before the wedding. We were full. We were satisfied. It was a happy day for us. :D
